Teaching

Andrea Clark Mason has taught writing at the college level for the past fifteen years. She has also taught community workshops for all ages and populations, including at homeless shelters and for young arts festivals. While she was the faculty advisor for Arapahoe Community College’s Progenitor Art and Literary Journal in 2016, the issue was awarded “Most Outstanding Community College Literary Magazine” by American Scholarly Press Association. She currently coordinates the Journalism and Contemporary Media program at Arapahoe Community College and is the faculty advisor for The Arapahoe Pinnacle.

She is also available via skype or face to face for one-on-one tutoring on the college admissions essay. She was admitted to an Ivy League school despite choosing to attend a small, liberal arts college.
